Meet Coach Tiaha

Hi, I’m Tiaha — a National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) dedicated to supporting women as they reconnect with their bodies and feel radiant from the inside out.

For years, I felt disconnected from my body. I was navigating PCOS, emotional highs and lows, fatigue, tension, and persistent anxiety. I didn’t understand how my body worked or what it needed — I just knew something felt off.

Everything began to shift when I started learning about the menstrual cycle and how to live with greater awareness of my body’s natural rhythms. Through practices like cycle syncing, meditation, somatic movement, and other supportive rituals, I began feeling grounded, clear, and alive again.

My journey wasn’t about finding a “fix.” It was about learning how to listen to my body and honor it through every phase. Over time, my energy steadied, my mood balanced, and I felt more connected to my body and inner life than ever before.

Now, I support other women as they cultivate that same sense of harmony — whether their goals involve cycle awareness, consistent movement, weight loss, or simply feeling more at ease in their bodies.
