Meet Coach Tiaha, NBC-HWC
I used to optimize organizational workflows. Now, I help women build internal ecosystems rooted in self-love, softness, and deep self-trust.
For a long time, I lived in survival mode. Navigating ADHD, persistent anxiety, and chronic nervous system dysregulation, I tried to force my way through life using discipline and perfectionism. With my background being in human resources and public administration, I knew how to streamline operations— but I was completely burning out my own body in the process. It felt like I was always trying to pour from an empty cup, and this feeling was limiting my ability to revel in the richness of all areas of my life (relationships, hobbies, self-esteem etc.).
Everything shifted when I stopped treating my body like a machine to be fixed and started viewing it as a sanctuary to be loved.
By learning how to listen to my emotions and my body’s cues as feedback, nourish my inner masculine, and honor my feminine flow, I stopped spiraling. I found a baseline of calm, restored my energy, and learned how to take soul-aligned action without relying on fear, shame, or pressure.
As a National Board-Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I bridge the science of nervous system regulation with the sacred practice of self-love. I help high-achieving women step out of chronic "push" energy and romanticize caring for their health as an act of true healing.
My Approach:
Grounded in Science: Rooted in evidence-based health coaching and nervous system resilience
Guided by Intuition: Incorporating somatic awareness, Human Design and masculine/feminine energetic balance
Rooted in Self-Love: Sustainable integration that helps you feel safe, fully accepted, and radiant in your own skin
