Over 12 weeks, we’ll focus on:

creating intuitive, realistic goals that support consistency without burnout
strengthening nervous system regulation to support follow-through and resilience
balancing feminine and masculine energy so effort feels sustainable, not forced
refining routines for movement, recovery, and self-care that fit your real life
deepening self-trust so healthy choices become part of who you are — not something you have to “try” to maintain
This container allows time for integration. You won’t just start new habits — you’ll practice living as the version of yourself who naturally maintains them.

• 12 private 1:1 coaching sessions (50 minutes each)
• Ongoing email or voice-note support between sessions

• Mid-point and closing integration reflections
